Receptionist / Administrator Role

David M. Breen & Co is a leading Chartered Accountants firm in Waterford offering a wide range of accountancy, auditing, taxation, bookkeeping, insolvency and business advisory services.

We are seeking to recruit a front of house Administrator. A full time position, this represents an opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic, out-going multi-tasker and presents an opportunity to progress to other disciplines within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as first point of contact for all clients

Manage all Communications with clients by e-mail and phone.

Provision of general administration support to Practice Team and direct support to Partners.

Book-keeping duties to include processing receipts & payments , and payroll Calculations.

 

Key Skills:

Client focused with an outgoing friendly personality

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Professional and ‘can do’ attitude with good attention to detail.

Strong organisational skills and multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Flexible with a willingness to support in all areas of the firm.
